ANDERSON, S.C. -- Keith Rucker pled guilty today to Voluntary Manslaughter and Death of a Child in Utero and was sentenced to 47 years.
On January 18, 2011, when Kacey Roberson failed to pick up her two children from daycare, the school contacted her stepfather to have him do a well-being check.
