Thug " Drug Dealer " Andre A. Seabrook
One year after being sentenced to probation, 5 Years Suspended to 3 Years Probation, For Poss. w/ Intent to Dist. Cocaine, in Charleston County Seabrook was arrested in Dorchester County and charged with: Unlawful Possession of a Pistol -
Pled guilty before Judge James C. Williams, Jr. in February of 2007. Sentenced to one year in prison and his previous probation was revoked. ( What - Idiot Judge giving out Honey Bun Sentences ??!! )
Seabrook had a second count of the same charge which usually means the weapon was stolen. This charge was dismissed by the 1st Circuit Solicitor. Idiots !!!!
2010 Charges:
Back in Charleston County Seabrook was charged in 2010 with the following offenses which were all dismissed by the 9th Circuit Solicitor:
PWID Crack, PWID Crack Near a School, 2nd Offense Possession of Marijuana.
He was also charged with another count of PWID Crack. The 9th Circuit Solicitor cut him a sweet deal and allowed to plead guilty to 1st offense possession of cocaine. Then Judge R. Markley Dennis handed down one of his trademarked utterly ridiculous sentences - twelve years in prison, _suspended in favor of thirty-four (34) days time served and four years of probation. Because that last probation sentence worked out so well, right Judge?
